On completion of this VQ, candidates should be able to:
- Demonstrate understanding of customer services
- Demonstrate understanding of the rules that impact on improvemenst to customer service
- Plus 5 optional units
This is a work based qualification.
An Assessor will come out and observe you in the workplace and ask questions about the work you carry out. Candidates will be required to build an online portfolio.
