Attendees will have some experience of sales and or business, typically junior staff earmarked for promotion.
The goal of this course is to build a solid sales process that optimises relationships with clients and prospects. Clients are on a different buying journey to the sellers, but when they align, success becomes much more predictable.
Building the model, framework, negotiations, sales techniques and behavioural changes will allow sales people to have better relationships with clients, perform better on targets, have high volumes of revenue and ultimately more profitable clients.
