Registration 2018

The Annual Higher National Graduation Ceremonies are taking place on Wednesday 22nd August 2018, in the Crichton Memorial Church.

Online Registration

Graduands are asked to complete the Online Registration to confirm their attendance at the Ceremonies, no later than 1st August 2018. Please note if we do not hear from you by Wednesday 1st August it will be presumed that you do not wish to attend the ceremony.

  • Can students please ensure that any new e-mail addresses are advised to the College
  • Online Registration will be sent to the last notified e-mail address. Notification of the Graduation Ceremonies, will only be sent by e-mail. No further correspondence will be issued

Dress

You will be required to wear Academic Dress – hire details can be viewed online at:

www.edeandravenscroft.com

The general code for dress is smart, ie gentleman are requested to wear a tie.

Guests

Once you have confirmed your attendance, you will be allocated your own and one/two guest ticket(s) for the ceremony.  E-mail confirmation will then be sent to you.  Additional guest tickets will cost £12.00 each (£6.00 for children under 12 and Senior Citizens), and will be allocated if space permits. If you require additional tickets these will go on sale from 10.00 am on Monday 6th August 2018, when you should telephone (01387 734000) to confirm availability. You can pay by credit card or cheque, or arrange to come into College to pay by cash, whichever is easiest for you.

Admission to the ceremony will be by e-ticket only. Please ensure that the college is aware of your correct email address

 

Photographs and Videos

Graduands and guests attending the ceremonies should be aware that the ceremony will be taking place as a public event and video recordings and photographs will be taken throughout. These may be used by the college for marketing purposes, including in the college prospectus and other brochures, on social media and for signage which may be displayed around the college or at other events.

 

Data Protection

The College publishes the names of all graduands in the programme and, with your consent, in the press. You will be asked to give your consent when you confirm your attendance.
