College Opens its Doors to Local Business

Dumfries and Galloway College has held a series of events to encourage engagement with local businesses.
The college hosted two days of brunch events, with food prepared by hospitality students, that were open to businesses from across the South of Scotland.
Business leaders from across the region were invited to discuss their future plans, find out how the college can help with training and skills, and to hear what Dumfries and Galloway College has planned for the coming year.
Senior college figures, including Principal Joanna Campbell, Vice-Principal Scott Proctor, and Marketing Director Alastair Brown were present as were key members of the college’s commercial services team.
Dumfries and Galloway College has a proud record of engagement with fantastic local businesses and this series of events represents the latest commitment to joined-up working focused on promoting growth, training, skills, and jobs in the South of Scotland.
