End of year message from our Vice principal
24 June 2021
Dear Dumfries and Galloway College Student,
I am writing to you as you near the last day of academic year 2020/21. I know that this has been a challenging year due to the pandemic conditions, I wish to thank you for having chosen the College as a place of study.
I do hope that I will see you back in our buildings in academic year 2021/22 if you are studying with us next year. For those of you who will move on to further study elsewhere or to employment I wish you well.
We are committed to ensuring that this academic year does not affect your progression in 2021/22. If you need to return to complete an element of your course we will enable this and if we are able to help you study at the next level we will endeavor to do this, just speak with your Curriculum Manager or our Student Advisors (studentadviser@dumgal.ac.uk).
Please remember that we are still available to assist you if you have any difficulties. I would encourage you to contact Student Support here.
In addition to support your wellbeing you can access Togetherall here.
I wish you well, with very best wishes,
Douglas
Vice Principal Learning, Skills and Student Experience
