Funding for Training

If you’re looking to gain a new qualification at DGC, whether part-time or full-time, there are a number of funding options which employers and individuals can access to help pay for training and skills development.

Fully funded net zero training

We are thrilled to offer fully-funded training programmes to businesses in key areas that support Scotland’s journey to net zero.

The college has been awarded funding by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund to provide “support for expert business advice and support programmes at the local and regional level, including support for decarbonisation, climate adaptation and circular economy advice”.

If your business is registered in Dumfries and Galloway, you may be eligible to access this free training.
