Our training kitchen and restaurant is home to our hospitality students, honing their skills ready to work in industry.
Throughout the week in term time, our Hospitality and Professional Cookery students host a range of opportunities for you to sample their fantastic food, and allow them to gain real-life practice for the roles they’ll be taking on after college.
Support the Charity Coffee Morning
In support of the Dumfries and Galloway Canine Rescue Charity, students are hosting a charity coffee morning to raise funds for this well-loved local charity.

Enjoy a coffee and cake on your morning break to support our students and their chosen charity. Bring your classmates or colleagues and spread the word – we’d love to see you there!

Our College Academy students serve up your morning fix of caffeine to fuel your day.
Come along to Zest and support their learning with coffee to take away.
No need to book, just turn up and order your drinks.
Zest lunch
Wednesday – 12.30pm
Open to students, staff and the general public, our popular lunch service is open for selected lunch services on Wednesday.
Join our last two lunch services of the year on March 6th and 13th and enjoy three courses for just £10.
Please disclose food allergies or intolerances in advance of your visit, otherwise we may not have adequate ingredients or resources to accommodate last-minute requests.

Our students will be offering a mouth-watering menu of soups, toasties, baked potatoes, burgers, macaroni cheese and more*!
