At Zest we give our students the opportunity to train in a real life working environment, this allows them to ‘practice’ the job roles they are hoping to be employed in, in the future.
Our students are led by Lecturers to undertake roles within in the kitchen and restaurant which meet the objectives of the course they are undertaking.
There are variety of roles to undertake in hospitality and the key areas you will be helping our students train in are: Customer care, table service, barista training, flavours of food. This is where we welcome constructive feedback to allow our students to develop and enhance their skills.
The students produce and serve a three course menu each week. We may not always get everything right first time… but be assured our students are trying very hard to meet your needs.
