Entry Requirements
2 National 4 qualifications including English; OR
NPA Cosmetology; OR
Other equivalent qualifications or Industry experience.
You are required to be 16 years of age to undertake this course.
Course Content
Facial Skincare: Cleanse, skin analysis, exfoliation, facial massage, masque, tone and moisturise.
Massage: Demonstrate knowledge of body massage techniques.
Eye Treatments: Lash tinting, brow tinting, brow tweezing, strip lash application and individual party lash application.
Eve Taylor Spa – Body Spa Products.
The units you study may be subject to change.
Hands-On Training with Real Clients
Build your practical skills in a salon-style setting, working with real clients under expert supervision.
Assessments
A blend of both theory and practical subjects. Committed to helping you achieve your full potential, the teaching team employ a wide range of blended teaching methods to ensure that you are engaged at all levels of study and are supported in every aspect of your educational experience.
Assessments are ongoing and cover both theory and practical elements of the course.
This is a Short – Evening course with additional home study.
Progression
Educational progression onto our higher full time courses or our other stand alone courses.
This qualification could lead to employment within the Beauty sector but is seen as progression to further training within the chosen subject area.
