At Zest, we allow our students to train in a real-life working environment. This allows them to ‘practice’ the job roles they are hoping to be employed in the future.
Lecturers lead our students to undertake roles within the kitchen and restaurant, which meet the objectives of the course they are undertaking.
With a variety of roles in hospitality, we will be helping our students train in a range of key areas: Customer care, table service, barista training and flavours of food. We welcome constructive feedback to allow our students to develop and enhance their skills.
The students produce and serve a three-course menu each week. We may not always get everything right the first time… but be assured, our students are trying very hard to meet your needs.
Lunch is back at Zest Restaurant, and you won’t want to miss it!
We are delighted to announce that lunch service is returning to our Zest Restaurant, with our first public service taking place on Thursday, 5th February.
Each week, our students will showcase a different global cuisine through a carefully crafted three‑course menu, featuring one starter, a choice of two main courses – including a dedicated vegetarian option – and one dessert for £15.
Services will run weekly on either Wednesdays or Thursdays, offering guests a fresh culinary experience every visit. We will also be introducing occasional takeaway options, giving you even more ways to enjoy the fantastic dishes created by our talented learners.
