Welcome to Zest, our hospitality training facility situated on our Stranraer campus.


Zest

At Zest, we allow our students to train in a real-life working environment. This allows them to ‘practice’ the job roles they are hoping to be employed in the future.

Lecturers lead our students to undertake roles within the kitchen and restaurant, which meet the objectives of the course they are undertaking.

With a variety of roles in hospitality, we will be helping our students train in a range of key areas: Customer care, table service, barista training and flavours of food. We welcome constructive feedback to allow our students to develop and enhance their skills.

The students produce and serve a three-course menu each week. We may not always get everything right the first time… but be assured, our students are trying very hard to meet your needs.
