Entry Requirements
While there are no formal prerequisites, learners are expected to:
- Be in a health and safety role, and/or
- Hold an IOSH Managing Safely qualification (or equivalent)
Course Content
The qualification is divided into two units, all which are assessed separately:
- Management of Health and Safety (NG1) – An open book examination (scenario based) and includes a closing interview
- Risk Assessment (NG2) – Practical assessment
