Entry Requirements
- Be employed in a supervisory business administration role
- Must be carrying out relvant tasks and activities which will allow you to naturally gather evidence for your SVQ portfolio
- Have completed your probationary period within your current work role
- Demonstrate an ability to write at SCQF level 8 or above
Course Content
SCQF level 8 candidates will normally be managers with responsibility for staff and/or financial or other resources.
To achieve this SVQ, you are required to complete 3 mandatory units which involve managing and being accountable for own performance, and managing work and communication in a business environment and 5 optional units which include business support services, project management, managing business resources, innovation and change, managing Information and data, customer service and communication. Your assessor will support you to choose optional units that best match your work role.
