ELECTRICAL INSPECTION & TESTING REFRESHER

Introduction

Aimed at practicing electricians who require a refresher on Inspection and Testing and also aimed at those who are new into industry.

On this course you will gain the skills and knowledge required to use test equipment and complete electrical installation certificates/reports.

This course will cover the following topics:

  • Safe Isolation
  • Continuity of conductors
  • Insulation resistance
  • Polarity
  • Earth electrode testing (energised method)
  • Earth fault loop testing
  • Prospective fault current
  • RCD testing
  • Functional testing

Assessments

Please note that any exam resits will incur an additional fee. Details regarding the resit fee and payment process will be provided when scheduling the resit.
