OFTEC 101; 105E & 600A Training and Assessment

Introduction

We offer a variety of OFTEC training courses. Please note that each course has full days of training and assessment built into them and need to be booked and paid for.

Training and Assessment, which covers the following:

  • OFT101 Domestic/light Commercial Pressure Jet Appliance Commissioning and Servicing
  • OFT105e Domestic Oil Firing Installation and Energy Conservation Measures in Buildings
  • OFT600A Domestic and Non-domestic Oil Storage and Supply Installation

A separate training and assessment programme is available for:

  • OFT50 Domestic Oil Firing Installation Systems – aimed at new entrants to the oil fired heating industry

Entry Requirements

Candidates undertaking this course must either be experienced oil operatives, or Gas Safe registered heating engineers. Evidence will be required prior to course start date.

Important Notice for All Course Attendees To attend and complete the course, you must bring valid photographic identification. Acceptable forms of ID include:

  • A valid UK passport
  • A full or provisional UK driving licence
