Join the Mental Health Awareness Roadshow
In partnership with The Third Sector Dumfries and Galloway, we are offering FULLY FUNDED Mental health First Aid Courses across Dumfries and Galloway to support communities and individuals to understand the impact of mental health on everyday lives, work and relationships.
Delivering throughout Dumfries and Galloway allows courses to be more accessible and will help communities become more confident to recognise and deal with mental health issues, resulting in fewer crisis situations.
It's crucial to understand that mental health is every bit as important as physical health and we want to equip you with the right tools to tackle mental health issues, whether that's in your personal or professional life.
