Each Unit varies with Total Qualification Time. Unit 301 is 70 hours and this includes all learning activities: guided learning, independent study, research, and assessment preparation

Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for CMI Level 3 Award in Principles of Management and Leadership. However, the qualification is ideally suited to:
- Practising or aspiring first-line managers, team leaders, or supervisors.

- Learners who wish to develop their professional edge, improve personal effectiveness, and gain a recognised qualification to support career progression.

Course Content
This diploma provides a comprehensive foundation in leadership and management, covering key areas such as:

Each unit is to be completed in 6 weeks, allowing you to focus on one topic at a time while balancing work and life commitments. However, learners who wish to progress more quickly can complete units earlier, depending on their pace and availability. You’ll complete a selection of units tailored to your role and career goals, with practical assignments that apply directly to your workplace.
To achieve the Diploma, learners must complete a minimum of 370 Total Qualification Time (TQT), which typically equates to a combination of units totalling at least 37 credits.
