This course is a mix of the two well-known project management methods, PRINCE2® and Agile. PRINCE2 Agile® mixes the responsiveness of a project with defined frameworks. This course has been designed for those who know the benefits that not just Agile, but also PRINCE2 can have on your projects. In this course, you will learn how to successfully implement PRINCE2 and Agile methods in order to enhance your project management skills.
In this course, you will gain the knowledge and skills to enable you to pass the exams. After you have done this you will be able to utilise the two most well-renowned project management methodologies successfully, for use throughout your whole career as a Project Manager.

Are you certified in PRINCE2? It is easy to be qualified in PRINCE2 Agile as the same process applies. This course will break the syllabus down into Foundation and Practitioner segments, giving you a better understanding of the theory behind PRINCE2 Agile and how to apply it in real life.
Requirements
There are no requirements to enrol on the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation course. However, to enrol onto the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certificate, you will need to have completed one of the following courses:
- PRINCE2® Foundation (or higher)
- PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation
- Project Management Qualification (PMQ®)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®)
- IPMA Levels A, B, C and D (Certified Projects Director)
