REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene
This course is aimed at all food handlers and is recommended by the local Environmental Health Department.

- The Working Environment
- Cleaning Practices
- Common Food Pests
- Food Safety Legislation
Candidates will be assessed using a 30 question multiple-choice paper and are required to achieve 60% to pass.
