Introduction

This course is aimed at all food handlers and is recommended by the local Environmental Health Department. This course is a SCQF Level 5

Course Syllabus

Assessments

Candidates will be assessed using a 45-question multiple-choice paper and are required to achieve 60% to pass.

Please note that any exam resits will incur an additional fee. Details regarding the resit fee and payment process will be provided when scheduling the resit.
