Higher education students at the college reported 88 percent satisfaction, placing the South of Scotland college in the top three in the country for this metric.
Further education students were similarly happy with their education, reporting a satisfaction rate of 89.4 percent.
The survey also looked at positive destinations for college leavers, finding encouraging results and that the college was performing above the national average.
The figures showed that 85.9 percent of Dumfries and Galloway College students moved on to positive destinations, including further study or employment, in 2019-20.
Overall, the data demonstrates that Dumfries and Galloway College is excelling when compared to its group of peer colleges, with students more satisfied and more students moving onto positive destinations than the sector average.
Further, the new findings illustrate that Dumfries and Galloway College provides a real and practical skills-based route into the workplace and a platform from which students can move on to further study.
