This BCS online training course will help you understand how to apply the knowledge of practical business analysis techniques. You will also discover the different levels and types of modelling used by Business Analyst to improve organisational processes.

This course fulfils the practitioner-based requirement of the International Diploma in Business Analysis, along with the core modules of the Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis Practice and Practitioner Certificate in Requirement Engineering. Then finally either the Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis or the Foundation Certificate in Organisational Behaviour.

There is a written examination for this course, which can be booked via Pearson VUE directly.

Discover the world of process modelling throughout this online training course, and learn how to investigate, model, analyse and create or improve business processes in an organisation.

Learn the context behind process modelling and gain an understanding of how to use this methodology to review and implement changes within your organisation, to aid with process improvement.
