Introduction

Warm up your winter evenings with a hands-on breadmaking session full of seasonal flavours and artisan techniques. Whether you’re new to baking or looking to expand your skills, this relaxed and friendly masterclass is the perfect way to get into the festive spirit.

Under the expert guidance of our resident chef, Tony Budde, you’ll learn how to make four delicious breads, each with its own unique twist:

  • Focaccia – light, fluffy and full of flavour
  • Christmas Twisted Spiced Bread with Honey – beautifully shaped and warmly spiced
  • Sun-Blushed Tomato & Olive Bread – a savoury favourite with Mediterranean flair
  • Cinnamon & Fruit Soda Bread – quick to make and perfect for festive mornings
