Join us for a hands-on breadmaking session filled with flavour and artisan techniques. Whether you’re new to baking or looking to expand your skills, this relaxed and friendly masterclass is a great way to build confidence and creativity in the kitchen.

Under the expert guidance of our resident chef, Tony Budde, you’ll learn how to make four delicious breads, each with its own unique twist:

  • Focaccia – light, fluffy and full of flavour
  • Twisted Spiced Bread with Honey – beautifully shaped and warmly spiced
  • Sun-Blushed Tomato & Olive Bread – a savoury favourite with Mediterranean flair
  • Fruit Soda Bread – quick to make and perfect for any time of day

Take home your creations, recipes, and the confidence to bake them again for friends and family.
