Led by our charismatic and seasoned resident chef Tony Budde, you’ll roll up your sleeves and dive hands-on into creating stunning, restaurant-worthy dishes—all ingredients included!

Evening One: The Flavours of the Far East
Steam your very own fluffy bao buns and pack them with punchy Sichuan Lamb. Then fire up the grill for juicy, marinated Thai Chicken Gai Yang—a smoky, spicy delight that’s sure to impress.

Evening Two: Indian Spice Night
Master a creamy, crowd-pleasing Chicken Tikka Masala, then take on the bold and hearty Lamb Balti, paired perfectly with zesty Spiced Lemon & Coriander Rice.
