O dolce mio… A Taste of Italy – Pasta & Pizza Cooking Masterclass

Well, we all like a bit of Italian charm — and what better way to indulge your senses than by diving into the heart of Italian cuisine with our hands-on, two-evening Pasta & Pizza Masterclass?

Over two flavour-filled sessions, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the art of fresh pasta and pizza making — Italian-style! Under the expert guidance of our resident chef, Tony Budde, you’ll be introduced to classic techniques and delicious ingredients that will transport you straight to a bustling kitchen in the heart of Tuscany.

On Evening One, you’ll master the craft of fresh pasta dough, learning how to shape and fill your very own ravioli. Choose from a variety of rich and flavourful fillings such as smoked salmon, tender chicken, or a creamy spinach and cheese blend. You will also learn to make and prepare your own pasta sauces to accompany your pasta!

On Evening Two, it’s all about pizza perfection! You’ll make your own pizza dough from scratch, whip up a fresh homemade tomato sauce, and top your pizza with cheese and a selection of classic and creative ingredients.

Once your creations are cooked to golden perfection, you’ll be able to take them home and enjoy a well-earned, delicious Italian feast. Bellissimo!

Each guest will have their own professional cooking station, with all ingredients, equipment, and full recipes provided. Tony will be by your side throughout, offering step-by-step instructions, pro tips, and a good helping of Italian inspiration.

Whether you’re a passionate home cook or just in it for the food (we don’t blame you), this masterclass is sure to be a memorable, mouthwatering experience.
