Course Content
Learners will gain an internationally recognised qualification which guarantees that they have the skills, knowledge and abilities required to carry out their role successfully. Employers will also benefit from their employees being proficient. Assessment is carried out in the workplace which minimises any time learners need to be away from their work.

Progression
Achievement of the SVQs in Team Leading and Management could provide progression to a wide range of qualifications, for example, an HNC/ Diploma in Management and Leadership; a range of Professional Development Awards (PDAs) in Leadership and Management; an SVQ at a higher level or a relevant degree programme depending on the level of SVQ achieved.
