01387 734199 - Once you have received your voucher, simply email your voucher code to shortcourses@dumgal.ac.uk with details of the course to book your place.
- Vouchers are redeemable only against the named course (where purchased for a specific course) and are subject to course availability and minimum enrolment numbers.
Terms and conditions
- To redeem your voucher, please email shortcourses@dumgal.ac.uk with your voucher code and contact details.
- Vouchers are redeemable only against the specific course name and date stated on the voucher, and are subject to course availability and minimum enrolment numbers.
- If the advertised course date does not suit, the voucher may be transferred once to an alternative date for the same course within six months of the original course date.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and may only be transferred to other courses with prior written approval from Dumfries and Galloway College. For transfer approval, please contact shortcourses@dumgal.ac.uk
- If Dumfries & Galloway College cancels or reschedules a course, the voucher holder will be offered a place on the next available session of the same course, or a credit voucher valid for six months.
- Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or used in conjunction with any other offer.
- It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to ensure that redemption is requested within the valid period.
- Dumfries & Galloway College reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
